At Signature Living, we make every effort to deliver your furniture safely and on time. This Delivery Policy explains our processing times, shipping charges, and delivery procedures. It also outlines what you can expect after placing an order.

We process all confirmed orders within 1–2 business days. Our team carefully prepares every item before dispatch. Standard delivery across the UAE usually takes 5–7 business days, excluding Fridays and public holidays. During busy periods, deliveries may take slightly longer. If that happens, we will keep you informed.

Our Delivery Policy offers free shipping on orders above AED 5,000. For orders below AED 5,000, we charge a flat shipping fee of AED 350. You will see all applicable shipping charges during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Our delivery team handles every order with care. We inspect each product before packing it to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you notice any damage or receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours. Our support team will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

This Delivery Policy currently covers deliveries within the United Arab Emirates. If your location falls outside our standard delivery area, please contact our team before placing your order. We will review the available delivery options and provide the necessary details.
